Booking + Appointments
Upon scheduling an appointment a credit card number will be taken. You accept our cancellation policy by providing your billing information and making an appointment with us. The credit card number will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used to enforce our cancellation policy.
Payments
Payments can be made via cash, check credit card (Visa & Mastercard), or Venmo.
We DO NOT accept tips on credit cards. Please download the Venmo App or bring cash/check to tip your stylist.
We Do Not Issue Refunds on Salon Services
However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7 business days of service with the same stylist.
If you have used henna, box dye, or drug store chemical products you MUST have a consultation before receiving a color service. You may be asked to sign a waiver and you may be required to have a strand test performed before receiving a color or treatment service. All services are performed at the stylist’s discretion.
Children
For the safety and well-being of your children while at Salon topaz, we ask that you supervise them closely and conscientiously. Hot irons and sharp scissors are within easy reach. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
