Please note that color services do not include a haircut or blowout by default. If you would like to include either of these services, please make sure to request them when scheduling your appointment. In order to ensure your satisfaction with the color outcome, we will provide a blowout for the front section of your hair before you proceed to check out.

Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours for a color service and 24 hours for a haircut service. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of your service total. This policy also applies to day-of cancellations and no-shows.
Last-Minute Allowance: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as sickness or family emergencies. Therefore, we allow a one-time exception for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling in such cases. However, after this allowance, the standard cancellation policy will be in effect.

Booking + Appointments
In order to ensure compliance with our cancellation policy, we kindly request that you provide your credit card information when scheduling an appointment. By providing your billing information and booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. The information provided will be securely stored and used solely for enforcing our cancellation policy. In the event that a cancellation or no-show occurs within the specified timeframe outlined in our policy, your credit card will be charged according to the terms mentioned.
We value your privacy and assure you that your credit card information will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
You have several options for making payments, including cash, check, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), or Venmo.
However, please note that we do not accept tips on credit cards. To show appreciation to your stylist, we kindly ask you to download the Venmo app or bring cash/check to provide a tip.
We Do Not Issue Refunds on Salon Services
We strive to provide you with excellent salon services and ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the results of your salon service, we kindly request that you inform your stylist before leaving the salon.
We offer a one-time adjustment, free of charge, within 7 business days of your original service with the same stylist. This allows us the opportunity to address any concerns and make the necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to communicate with your stylist about any issues or adjustments you’d like to discuss. We are committed to ensuring your experience at our salon meets your desired outcome.
For the best results and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our color services, we have specific guidelines in place. If you have previously used henna, box dye, or drug store chemical products on your hair, we kindly request that you schedule a consultation before receiving any color service.
During the consultation, our experienced stylist will assess the condition of your hair and discuss your desired color or treatment service. Depending on the individual circumstances, you may be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the potential risks and limitations associated with the previous products used on your hair. Additionally, a strand test may be required to determine the compatibility of your hair with the desired color or treatment.
Please understand that these measures are in place to ensure your safety and the best possible outcome for your hair. Our stylists have the discretion to determine the most appropriate course of action based on your hair’s condition and specific needs.
